After completing my first university degree in 2001 I had no idea what I really wanted to do. I somehow fell into my first role in financial planning support.

Very soon it became clear that financial planning was a career path I really enjoyed and one that not only could I truly help people and make a lasting improvement in their financial lives and give them confidence in their decision making but also one that allowed me to run my own business and help staff also grow and thrive in their own careers. In 2010 I took a leap of faith and started this business.

I’ve found over time my skills really lend to pre-retirement planning and working with retirees and it is these two client areas which I enjoy working the most.

I have completed a Bachelor of Commerce, a Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning. A master’s degree in Financial Planning and I am also a Certified Financial Planner.

Outside of work I am married to Sam whom we have two boys together and a dog named Luna. On weekends you will find me cooking, fishing or bike riding through the bush with the kids.

Financial Adviser

I feel fortunate to work in a role where I can help people make informed choices that give clarity, direction, and peace of mind. In my years as an adviser, I’ve learnt that the right combination of empathy, investment expertise and sound technical knowledge enables an adviser to make a meaningful difference to the lives of clients.

I thrive on building relationships with people and helping them meet their short, medium and long term goals. Having the right roadmap in place can provide you with the financial confidence to both live the life you want and be well-positioned to deal with the unexpected.

I have been working in the Financial Services Industry for over 15 years since completing my Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Financial Planning in 2004. I previously worked as a Business Services Accountant for both small and medium sized Accounting firms assisting mainly individuals and SME's with their ongoing taxation obligations.

When I’m not at work, my hands are full with a young family and I also enjoy the great outdoors, as well as taking the family on weekend road trips and watching AFL games.

Associate Adviser

You won’t often catch me answering the phone because I’m usually more behind the scenes plugging away numbers, researching, comparing, and preparing advice documents.

My role as Associate Adviser is to support the primary advisers as well as look after my own clientele who are made up of a small select group of well rounded people with whom I see eye to eye with and feel very comfortable. I like to have a laugh and keep it casual whilst keeping your goals and best interests at centre stage.

I have been with Jigsaw Financial Planning for 10 years. I began in a client services/admin role where I developed an interest in the world of financial planning. This is where I decided I wanted to be more involved, and I wanted to have a key role in helping people achieve the future they desire. I took a particular interest in the technical side of things and found myself wanting to learn the ins and outs of superannuation, investing, strategic planning and insurance.

In 2017 I began my studies and went on to complete my Diploma of Financial planning, and Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning. I have been a qualified Financial Planner and authorised representative of Jigsaw Financial Planning since May 2018.

My biggest strength is in the paraplanning space, where my technical knowledge helps me support our key advisers in their roles. I do like to challenge their thought processes and reasoning to ensure no stone is left unturned.
I live on the NSW south coast with my partner Craig and our little blended family with children between ages 9 and 12. On the weekends, you will find us outside on our hobby farm and in the summer months, water skiing on Lake Conjola or motorbike riding. We have three dogs, a cat, three chooks, a cow, 8 sheep and two gorgeous lambs.

Client Services Officer

I have been in financial administration for over 12 years and get great satisfaction from solving complex problems for clients and providing the highest quality of service. I really enjoy helping our clients achieve their goals and making a positive difference to their lives.

I love that Jigsaw Financial Planning is a forward-thinking practice that always puts the success of our clients first. The relationships we form are straight forward and genuine.

My greatest strengths are my people skills and meticulous organisational abilities. I have an obsession with spreadsheets and processes which helps to seamlessly bring together your financial plan from an implementation perspective, and making sure all steps are completed in an efficient and timely fashion. I will always be available to provide a seamless link between you and your adviser.

Outside of work, I love spending time with friends, family and two fur babies (cats), going camping and watching my husband play soccer or baseball on the weekends

Client Services Officer

I enjoy helping clients reach their goals and like playing a key role in assisting them to put their financial plans into action.

I assist our advisers by providing the support they need so they can spend more time working directly with you, our clients.

My responsibilities vary greatly, and I am largely involved in the implementation process and ongoing administration of client’s financial strategies. My key objective is to ensure your ongoing experience with us is rewarding and hassle free.

I have a keen interest in the industry and am striving to move into a more technical role where I can be more involved with the advice process. I currently hold a Diploma of Financial Planning and I’m in the process of studying for the Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.

When I’m not working or studying, you’ll find me outdoors spending time with my family & friends.

Client Services Officer

I'm the latest person to join this fabulous Jigsaw Team but I have worked in the financial services industry at an admin level for over 20 years.
I am here to help you with all things admin and act as a 'middle person' between you and your Adviser.
Behind the scenes I also support the Advisers so they can better support you.
My strongest strengths are my communication & organisation skills, together with my high attention to detail and meticulous follow up. I believe these qualities will help me to provide you with a high level of service in my role as Client Services Officer/Administrator.
I am also a Mum and love spending quality time with my family and friends, away from routine and the chores of everyday life.
I look forward to meeting and helping you!

Client Services Officer

My passion for Financial Planning started back during high school where I felt like I could make a difference in people’s lives. From there I went on and studied at the University of Wollongong where I completed a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Financial Planning in 2014. I have now been working in the Financial Services industry for over 10 years and have a wealth of knowledge.

My role here as a Client Services Officer is to support the advisers with the preparation and implementation of tailored advice to our clients in the areas of investments and retirement planning.

When I am not at work my husband and I have our hands full with my three young children (6, 3 and 6 months). When we are not chasing the kids around the house, we love exploring outside, especially bushwalks and fishing.

He has my complete trust and respect and not only is he brilliant with is financial acumen and advice….
I think what I enjoy most is that he’s a really, really, lovely, personable guy with a terrific sense of humour! I cannot recommend him highly enough.
